Comparing Fractions

Comparing Fractions is one of the important concepts of fractions. In today's session, we will confine our learning to comparing fractions.

Comparing fractions is nothing but comparing two fractions in terms which one is greater, smaller and equal. In case of bigger fractions, the fractions are simplified in the first step. After simplify fractions is done, both the fractions are compared. As for example 2/3 and 7/8 are two given fractions. After comparing the fractions, we come to know that 7/8 is greater than 2/4.
